not sure how to answer this. In France, the Quai d’Orsay has a general statement for all countries that any trip abroad is not recommended (because of Covid). So the statement is the same for Syria or for Monaco . Apart this, there are some countries or regions that are for sure on a red list because of general safety like Syria, Afghanistan, etc. Tanzania is not in that kind of category.
