Food items at resorts like Hawaii and other places are not cheap. If the club is open, in general staff would not allow guests to take food out of the club. I think this is common sense. They do not want to lose revenue for guests to bring food to other people who are not allowed to get into the club/lounge.

The same thing with airport lounge, or buffet restaurant. Sometimes it is ok to take a banana, an apple or a couple of cookies, but not two plates full of food items.

Just my two cents. During this covid time, a lot of clubs are not even open.
