​​​​​I flew the first two segments last month. I just called and changed the last segment to a few weeks further out. Saver space was available to make the change on the AS segment. No additional miles charged.
granted, this is a 6-year-old thread, but the original question was about changing the onward international portion of an award ticket after an intl stopover ... you just changed the last segment on an international-to-domestic ticket after the stopover at the domestic gateway, so not really relevant at all
