Mileage credit on CO Business
Do I receive same milelage credit whether I book it on CO website or my Travel Agent make reservation for me?

Orbitz charges $10 more per person but offers AMEX double points promotion.
Is it a good deal? Any other way I can earn more points? Just wondering

It would be a little over $1400/person.. so x3 = $4300 total.

Now that CO is part of Skyteam, your travel can be credited to any number of Skyteam partners (Air France, Delta, NW, CO, etc). Might as well get credit for a premium fare.
