It's bad enough to even communicate with them in English.
One time I got EE seat allocation through the call center.
Said I'm *G.
Now the dimwit took my number and said "that department will call you within 4 hours"! (For only EE allocation)
Debating whether to book/buy 2 one-way full fare tickets through these guys - cannot even use an American credit card for protection!
