Go the Gaścho way!
Go to Fogo de Chao on the first night. You'll be so full that you'll be able to skip dinner on the second night. Seriously though. Great food and service and an awesome salad bar. They have the exact same items for lunch and it is cheaper than dinner. Try going around lunchtime instead and have a light snack/dinner if you are still hungry at night.
