I'm using Chrome on Windows desktop. I've searched many properties and dates, including the Ziva Cancun on your dates (2/8/22 - 2/11/22), where it prices at 50K per night. If I lower the child age to 12 or less it prices correctly at 37.5k per night.

I did just try the app on my phone - it's weird and something I've not seen - the points rate says "Confidential". That happens no matter what age I use for the third guest. If I drop the third guest and book for two adults it prices correctly at 25K.
