Not sure where you are based, but I have found their P fares (business class promo fare) between Africa and North America / Africa and Europe to be great value for mileage earn, but are not always available. They don't always accrue on other *A FF programs.

As other posters have mentioned, might also be worth looking at other *A partners to earn and then redeem for ET flights.
