Stayed here earlier in the month and overall what a disappointing experience. Booked two nights with certificates, and paid for the third. Like other Design Hotels, the full benefits of the Marriott elite program do not extend here. We were updated to a King studio, but the room was outdated and falling apart—handles were loose, spackle on the wall, and the bathtub had paint spots all over it. Service was incredibly slow, pool seats filled up by 10am each day, and from what we gathered it was incredibly easy for non-hotel guests to hang out at the pool all day. The one bright spot of this trip was the food—everything was incredibly tasty.
