Recent Experience Short-Checking Baggage?
Flying MIA-JFK-HND / HND-HKG-ADL in January on two PNRs. Want to check bags at JFK with JL for the JFK-HND leg and then have JL interline to CX for the HND-HKG-ADL legs.

Will AA allow me to get my bags in JFK? Have a 5 hour layover.
