I received this canned response from Customer Service. "Stay at home order?" Have they been sending out the same message since April2020? Also, it's missing a verb or two.

"We sincerely regret the experiences you have encountered with our Pittsburgh Club location, which is limited to Service Center counter assistance. We at the Admirals Club share your disappointment and trying to get that Club location back open as soon as possible . The wellbeing of our customers, and our AA team members, was, and is, foremost in our minds. Given the shut downs and stay at home orders multiplying through our country, we felt it was important to take definitive steps concerning our customers, guests, American team members and vendor staff in the Club."
