Hi All. As a function of where I live -- and will live for the next 5+ years -- I fly Ethiopian Airlines for 80% of my flights and flight segments. However, I do not fly all that often, so I don't accrue miles very quickly. I have a Delta Amex card that gave me a lot of Delta miles over the year, but I no longer need those miles. I am trying to figure out the best way to earn miles for Ethiopian Airlines reward tickets.

I don't care at all about lounge access, upgrades, etc. All I want is to get award tickets on Ethiopian as quickly as possible. Ethiopian does not have a credit card partnership like my Delta American Express card. I am wondering if there are:

1. General credit cards where I can transfer miles from one Star Alliance partner to Ethiopian.
2. Mileage runs that would be worthwhile. Ethiopian can be cheap for long flights, but they don't tend to run special fares -- it's a pretty static price for most routes.
3. Any other ideas?
