The other issue with bulkheads (especially during holiday season) is they are usually assigned to parents with small children using a bassinet...... that can be the quietest flight or the worst in your life
You can request the seats, but they don't assign the bulkhead ahead of time.

The best bulkhead is in the first cabin of Tempo due to well in the wall (applies to A340/A330, I'm not sure about the other aircrafts).
On some aircrafts the bulkhead seats can be more narrow due to tray and tv screen in the armrests. I know this applies to DLs B777.

AF used to put families with kids in the last cabin of Tempo. I have heard that this policy may have changed. For me it looks there are more bassinets in this section.
