I have a ex LUX, Europe fare with AA. One segment has been cancelled (JFK LAX operated by AA) but the fare is under 800Euros. 1. AA does not serve LUX. Thus, this ticket must involve multiple carriers.
2. What is the exact routing, including dates & carrier(s)?
3. You have mentioned an "AA fare" but not whether the ticket is issued by AA. If not AA, who issued the ticket?
4. What was cancelled? When does travel commence and when were you notified of the cancellation.
As an easy answer, if this was ticketed by AA and you are only moving by a few days, AA tends to be accommodating. If anything else, the above will matter.
