Got upgraded around T-20 and I think there were still about 3 passengers left on the upgrade list at the gate. These mainline flights between SEA-PDX have traditionally been one of my toughest upgrades to clear so happy to be in First on this short flight which can sometimes push an hour or more when you include ground time.
