You are still #1 even if you prefer row 2. 1B is my preferred seat. With the ½ bulkhead on the 1AB side there is unlimited legroom to stretch out. Yes, the FA jumpseat is directly opposite but you are sitting up during takeoff & landing when the FA is seated there.

I don't like bulkheads on any aircraft because I don't like looking directly at a wall. I much prefer looking at the Horizon!
