Good timing. I just posted a review and just got back. Yes, the Club Lounge is closed. You get breakfast each morning in 3 Tides. But they aren't letting anyone into the VIP lounge except if you're staying in the Reserve Tower and they ask for your room # to make sure. I did however get upgraded to the Reserve Tower. The place was dead so I don't think you'd have a problem as a Globalist getting upgraded if you ask. I booked two normal rooms and they proactively ahead of time upgraded us into a 2 bedroom Reserve Tower Suite without burning upgrade certificates. Although YMMV.

As a Globalist you also get 2 free drinks each night stay. They give you certificates that you can use in various bars or by the pool.
