Those are my favorite seats on the Q, the best legroom onboard and yes, as noted, they are exit rows. Some people prefer 1A/B, as it has a properly aligned window, unlike 2E, which also has the smaller exit door window. 1A has that mini bulhkead in front of it though, which means it has about half the legroom of the 2D/E side.
