Wasn't life changing but it is a few years since I was in it (ironically I now live about 2 minutes walk from the hotel). It is on the ground floor, just off reception, so quite public.
This assumes the hotel decides to keep it, faced with a Diamond influx. Under IHG there were only a handful of people per night entitled to use it and it was designed with that sort of capacity in mind.
