Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? Absolutely

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked King Deluxe Seaview with Balcony, upgraded 1 category to King Superior Seaview with Balcony. It was actually a corner room which offers more privacy and a better view, so more like a category and a half upgrade, I suppose. The superior category rooms also have more modern and tasteful decor.

How are the rooms? The room is excellent for couples and also with children. There is an infinity balcony (full glass with no frame or support rods obstructing your view) with a table and chairs that offers breathtaking views of the pool and Mediterranean Sea. The room is tastefully designed with a sofabed and sliding curtain that separates it from the regular bed, which offers good privacy when traveling with children in the room (or any other companion of course). How is the exec. lounge? N/A, no lounge at this hotel.

What was good and what was bad? The hotel is meticulously maintained and offers both an indoor and outdoor pool with jacuzzi, sauna and stream room (use free of charge). Direct access to the beach as well! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Also of note: if you did not book a rate inclusive of breakfast, they offer the opportunity to add for only 10 euros a person/night at check in - it's worth it! Free gated parking.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return? It was my second visit (first was on points and was also upgraded, by the way). Excellent value in my opinion for both points and cash. This hotel is a true exemplary example of a well-run operation and the staff has comprehensive knowledge of IHG club benefits. Even before checking in, they had already deposited the 600 welcome points and listed the upgraded room type in the booking. Upon arrival, they deliver a personalized welcome letter detailing your benefits (for Platinum, the upgrade and 2PM checkout are most relevant) and points in your account. They also acknowledged me as a return guest and thanked for loyalty.
