I am sure relative to most countries, there is a higher percentage of Aussies that enjoy traveling for many reasons, but that doesn't change the fact that the number percentage wise to the population is very low. International travel is very expensive. Most people do not travel internationally because they simply can't afford it. And if they do travel, it is something they do every 1-3 years. And would most people, from their perspective, risk potentially giving up the normal lifestyle we have so that you can go travel overseas once every three years right now? No.
