In my opinion it would. The bedroom is very large and has a chair with a footstool at one side. It would be easy to move that chair and have room for a rollaway. I also think there is room for a rollaway in the living room. The sofa is massive and could also be a place to sleep. The suite has 1 1/2 baths so your teen could use the hallway bath during the night and not need to go thru the bedroom to use the primary bathroom. Of course I have no idea what position the hotel would take.
