For me it's simple: CY in
- US and to a certain extend Europe: One of my last options if all other options are more or less the same price
- in Asia Pacific region (not sure about Australia): one of my top choice if all other full service hotels priced much higher

But in reality - I don't really understand the concept of CY's - at least even Moxy's which is also bad from breakfast point - has a sort ot theme - a W wannabe but budget version. CY's - it is neither here nor there or maybe just a green-orange themed hotel ...I see it just a place to sleep or roof over my head.
