The annual fee must have posted within the past 90 days.

My son was offered to reimburse his $95 Explorer Card for 6333 miles, which works out to 1.5¢ per mile (cpm).

We got 3.4+ cpm redeeming economy awards to Saipan (SPN) from the mainland, so 1.5 cpm is not attractive to us.
