A while back I posted in
BA Menus: Concorde/First 1980/1982 which showed what BA were serving during their "Victoriana" phase......serving wenches in F (I kid you not) and Real Ale on tap.
Basically........prawn cocktail or game pie to start followed by Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pud, Dover Sole, Guinea Fowl, Fillet of Trout and even more Game Pie.
They would even give you a Chocolate Gateaux for desert....just like an Angus Steakhouse!
