The original question made it seem like something unique for this card plus there was no mention of how to do the statement credit or where to find the rate. I was confused as were other posters.

It will required providing your UA account and password. If eligible, your Chase MP card will so as an option, select it and go to the reimbursement section and see how miles and the offered cpm. Note you need miles earned / bonus from a Chase MP card and not air travel miles from UA to fund the statement credit.
This statement credit is available for any Chase MP card with an AF (recently posted).
