For Airbus, I prefer 1A since 1C is still blocked and bulkhead on Airbus offers more legroom. But if I'm flying to LA, I will happily pick 1F for the landing view. I dont like 1C/1D due to proximity to lavatory.
For Boeing, I prefer 2A or 2F since bulkhead on Boeing doesn't offer great legroom.
And lastly, for upgrades, I still prefer window over aisle, 4F vs 1C? I will definitely take 4F. But if aisle seats are the only ones left, I will pick row 2-3-4-1 in that order.
