I'm about to travel up to Augusta, ME via Boston. First leg is Jet Blue (EWR to Boston). Then I'll be taking Cape Air up to Augusta and then vice versa. I won't be carrying anything beyond a suit carrier as I'm going just for a wedding.

It was cheaper for me to book two separate itineraries (one for JetBlue and one for Cape Air). But I have a couple questions:

1) In order to minimize flight time, I booked a 7am flight from Augusta, which should reach Boston around 8:10? the JetBlue flight is at 9am. Knowing I have no check-in bags and that both flights are in Terminal C, have I left enough room to get from C27 to the respective JetBlue gate in Logan? Note I'll also be checking in the night before and having my boarding pass on me. I also don't think I have to do security again if I'm correct.

2) I know JetBlue and CapeAir have a codeshare agreement. I didn't see a way to include my TrueBlue number when booking the CapeAir flight. Is there a way to add it in after the fact?

Obviously weather will change all of these perfect assumptions, but I'm aware of that risk. Just wanted to minimize travel time the best way I could.
