Hi all. I am going to Las Vegas next week and just read that they are not actually using the E gates but the D gates. So when I arrive I have to go to D gates and retrieve my luggage? On leaving I check in at E gates, drop luggage then go to D gates? Is this what they are doing?

Doesn't make sense to me - what am I missing. I realize that it is all part of the Covid issues but this seems a bit off to me. Could be I just don;t understand the logistics of it all.

Any insight would be very much appreciated as I haven't flown since Dec. 2019 and not in tune with the new way of doing things at an airport!
