At the moment, yes.
My qualification period is ending on 31/01/2022 and I'm facing the same issue just for 1 month, when I've already lost 3 months of travel possibilities in my current period.
I asked FB a few days ago and they replied that no decision was made at the moment for members whose period is ending in January or February 2022.
They said that they would inform concerned people "en temps et en heure"...
It seems they don't really care as the great majority of Platinum members are happy with current "loyalty" measures.
