I was there in March. When you are on your chair, you don't have to wear a mask, but when walking around (other than to/from pool & beach) you do...that said, many people are taking this interpretation loosely and there is a general lack of compliance with wearing a mask among a good portion of the guests. All seemed to be good about wearing a mask inside the hotel though. And I never saw one staff member NOT wearing a mask. I think staff members are trying to enforce it, but are obviously overwhelmed.
Agree with this. All the staff is really good about this and in the hotel itself pretty much everyone is wearing a mask. I was just in AZ two weeks ago and mask usage is much better here in Maui.
