Unless something else comes up sooner, this will be the first Motto hotel in Europe. It will have 108 bedrooms, most of which are only 15 square meters. But they are also writing about luxury rooms and it looks like there is room for at least eight bedrooms with a balcony - if that will be allowed by the zoning plan and by Hilton's rules, which are often quite strict for budget hotels.
