How do you do LCC unbundling for a train trip within Sweden? Charge for even cabin baggage-style luggage? Charge for larger luggage by piece or weight? Charge for the internet on board? Pay-per-use toilets? Seat assignments for a charge? Anything else that could be in the works?

I hope SJ and Veolia/Snalltaget don't go down the Flixtrain track.

What kind of locking mechanism did her bike have?

It seems like some people who are too lazy to walk, are in a rush, or are drunk at times just find it more convenient to steal somebody's bike with the intention of possibly putting it back later or abandoning it when done with a ride. But that is less common for properly locked bikes than unlocked bikes or bikes with less secure locking mechanisms. Of course there are times when a rather clueless person may think the bike is the right one to legitimately take and later discovers it was not the right one and the lock code or key was far from unique.

I used to be amazed at how many people living in Stockholm apartment buildings seem to have their bikes stolen from the bike rooms but less rarely from their work places. I guess part of it is that maybe they don't take their best bikes to work?

Around Malmo and Gothenburg, it seems like "grab and dump" bike thefts from schools/universities are far from being rare.
