Be aware than when too many legs are cancelled in a AFKL ticket, the booking can (and sometimes will) disappear from your FB portals (websites & app).
If you are the kind of traveler who books the same route months in advance, it's easy to miss a few tickets being silently removed from your bookings list, especially if you are not flying them these days.

It happened to me for the second time today. Even the Plat service line didn't see the booking in my account anymore - they could only find it with the booking # which thankfully my phone reminded me of.

It's easy to miss a voucher/refund these days. PSL says it happens "quite often", so beware if you don't closely track your tickets.
