Yes, and it was the best 2-months trip ever with no crowds and entire properties all to ourselves with plenty award seats in business available. Of course we exercised caution to the max but we circumnavigated the globe (SNA-SFO-ORD-DXB-BKK-NRT-LAX) without any health issues. Thailand was only closed for 3 or so months (April - June). Entry requirements has eased up a bit now but you still need a permission (CoE) to enter and undergo a mandatory quarantine.
