We did ask what the rate would be if we added-on another night to our upgrade and was told they could knock it down to $720++, but we declined. I probably should have bargained more up-front, but honestly this is a bucket-list trip for us and while the upgrade cost is significant, it's only for 2 nights and we're comfortable spending that amount.
