My first stay at this property was in September 2020 - the fitness room was in use at that time. There is plenty to see during workouts, as you can watch all the shoppers below (and they can also see you). The gym is shared with the Crowne Plaza and as such perhaps a little bit better than average in a Hampton. No rowing machine though.

During my visit I was given the corner room to the north side (reasonable space and a smallish desk, HDMI port of the TV accessible) on the 6th floor, breakfast as expected in a Hampton, standard cheapish fare. Overall the streetnoise was not unbearable, but it wasn't very quiet either. Diamond treatment similar to yours, but not two bottles of water, but a bottle of water and a bar voucher for the Crowne Plaza.
