All good questions... to be honest I was most concerned that the GUF2 was 'lost'. But it does sound like the two are now divorced, so the cash eVoucher can be used online but the GUF2 will have to be applied by phone call.
I suspect it will be a few months before I find out - just trying now to decide what to do about a July cancellation!
