When I try to redeem I also get the red box error message - An error has occurred. please try again? I noticed on my account today only for BA AVIOS that the terms have been changed to only one redemption every 30 days but if you attempt to redeem in the past you got a different message in the past. I’ve tried different browsers, clearing cache but no go?
