No doubt, but PQP promos do nothing for people who can't travel (health concerns, employers who are all work from home/clients who are all work from home, etc.).

If anything PQP exacerbates the problem by giving people who do fly artificially higher status while not addressing those who can't fly (and by "can't" I mean impractical for one reason or another).
