I'm not saying that these things should be guaranteed, but rather since nothing is guaranteed, they should just remove the "guaranteed unless otherwise noted" text altogether.
Correct. This is what led to some of the confusion about what was guaranteed and what wasn't. If every single item listed has "request only" next to it, then surely that can't be how they notate items that aren't guaranteed, can it?
Anyway, thanks to all for the help and insights (some more helpful than others). This situation is resolved.
