This place is a glorified holiday inn resort that tries to scam you out of everything, I stayed on points and now they're trying to charge me valet parking because only regular parking is free ,even though it doesn't state anything on their website about parking differences for elites or at check-in, besides my ac was broken,and they claim they don't offer short transportation to the shops,when their website explicitly says they do. I would stay downtown phx at the regency where they treated me well as human and a globalist
