There is a thread in the ANA forum that is dedicated to The Room, and where it is planned and where it sometimes pops up.

Delta I know nothing about. I am fortunate enough to very rarely have to fly US carriers trans Pacific. And I never flew Delta as I generally stay away from Skyteam. That being said, I'd be surprised if they gave up on Tokyo entirely, though as a pandemic measure they may temporarily have.
