Has anyone managed to successfully complete their Know-Your-Customer procedure where they ask you for documentation that you're real? I've already upload scans of my passport, ID card and bank statement, which are all perfectly legible, several times, but they keep coming back telling me to upload it again because it's not legible. Me too, and also friends of mine. The company (AMP, apparently a subsidiary of Amex) is thouroughly useless. They send an email saying uploaded documents (3 times, different scans/photos) are "not correct" without telling you what it is that is not correct. Finally a guy came to my house and did exactly the same as I did and then guess what ... I got the same email saying it was still not good. I called them to fix it or else .... 2 days later received email that documents were processed. What a waste of time and money.
