Just a heads up - I had a GUF2 bundled in a FTV (LHR-MCT which got cancelled, last November). Yesterday I got an email saying the FTV had been converted to an eVoucher.

Cash cost added up ok, but there was no mention of the GUF2 and BAEC showed the GUF2 as used/ expired.

Phoned BAEC today and (after the agent put me on hold for a supervisor chat) it was confirmed the original booking ref retained the GUF2 and would be valid until the Book with Confidence period ended. I was told I should quote the original ref when rebooking to have the GUF2 applied.

Hope that helps anyone who has 'parked' an expiring GUF in a FTV!
