Needed to call DM because I am not able to check-in online or in the app for a flight tomorrow morning. I am sure it is an issue because an RUC was applied, but I just want to confirm there is not a issue with the reservation that needs to be corrected ahead of time. Call back time on DM line was just quoted as 55 minutes to one hour. Amongst other issues that are requiring reservations assistance that I have needed me to call into address, this is getting very frustrating. I have noticed lately that reservations that have had an at-booking upgrade to SU class are not able to be changed on line...requires an agent to change. It is easier for me to cancel and rebook than wait for a call back which can be 15-45 minutes lately it seems.

By comparison on Friday late morning I needed to call AA EXP line to make a reservation change for a customer booking, once you get through their terrible computer voice prompts, I had an agent on the phone instantly and reservation was changed in a couple minutes.
