4th night free discount applies if you are paying cash, the UR portal discount is only applicable if you use points as I understand it. Agree that the TYP portal may not have the lowest rate for every place, but I have found a number of places that are consistent with the properties offered pricing. The ability to leverage the 4th night free when paying cash is still a nice benefit, but I miss the option to use concierge booking which meant that any hotel was available with the rate was based on the properties direct pricing.
