Thanks. So more is now added to the cost of testing as I'll either have to rent a car or spend a fortune on a car service. My alternative, I suppose is to use public transport which I'm allowed to do but defeats the purpose of the quarantine and potentially puts me at risk.
Although it unfortunately will be too late for me, hope these rules get modified soon and thought through properly.
