It was fun on the first go round when it still had the golf benefit, unlimited 4NF (and didn't book as a OTA/3rd party), AA access. My main issue with Citi is that their 24 month bonus rule basically make it so that the only way to rack up points is via spend, that and they change/reinvent their cards like every 2-3 years since they seem to have no idea what they want to be. You can actually do pretty well with a Prestige + Premier + Doublecash setup. TYP partners are a bit interesting, but they have plenty of overlap with Amex/Chase, so I've never found it an issue.
I think the other card issuers have similar rules.
