When I did the online check in, I entered my aeroplan number. That was printed correctly on the online check in receipt.

I am now at the gate, and looked closely at my boarding pass ( the one given from the counter), under the FF field, it says AC and a totally different number . Not sure what happened there.

I guess I will wait a week after the flight and then contact aeroplan.
